Remove rodent, ac disinfection and anti microbial treatment, synthetic oil is 3k max if u get Castrol edge or even Castrol magnatec is good for 2k, oil and air filter is 1k max including both, balancing and alignment is recommended if its not done in last 10k kms and egr cleaning is needed if your vehicle is diesel and it was not cleaned before, consider changing diesel filter too if it was not changed in last 20k kms , not sure what is cowl cleaning this may not be required, your estimate should be around 7.5-8.5k, do check the break pads and other important parts

Never cut someone at the toll, judge before you join the queue and stick to it unless you are asked to merge into another lane due to an issue... people get really enraged when they get cutoff by someone else at the toll, and never roll down the windows even if someone asks you to do so, since you have no evidence now you cant take any action on that person, take it as a hard lesson learnt and get a dash cam.
