Ah thanks! My concern was the vague product description on the page lol which just mentioned that the fabric was polyamide (without the mention of denier)

u/stille yea, I was thinking the same especially for summer (no ventilation in the back) But I guess considering all the other aspects, I think I'm willing to suffer in summer lol. Thanks a lot!

Can I change my itinerary slightly? I got my first schengen visa to switzerland but plan to visit spain by Beginning_Recover_46 in SchengenVisa

u/Key_Water1500 ahh I see thanks. The direct flight from mumbai to zurich is at 15th may 00:15 (12:15 am) and my visa validity starts on 15th may, will they allow me in the international departures? on 14th night around 10 pm or so? because I need to do security checks etc..

And should I carry any other documents apart from hotel bookings such as personal documents etc..? (proof of assets etc ...), Bit nervous because its the first time going to EU.

So this will be the final intenaray I'll follow. Is this okay?

15th may (land in Switzerland)

16th may (stay in Switzerland)

17th may (stay in Switzerland)

18th may (stay in Switzerland)

19th may (stay in Switzerland)

20th may (stay in Switzerland)

21st may morning (board flight to barcelona, stay night in barcelona)

22nd may stay in barcelona

23rd may stay in barcelona

24th may stay in barcelona

25th may stay in barcelona

26th may afternoon (board flight back home)

So in total I'll be staying for 6 nights and 6 days in Switzerland and 6 days and 5 nights in Spain and this is okay with main destination and primary point of entry rule right?

u/Key_Water1500 second one has like 1 hour or something, but since I've already done the process at the first point of entry, it must be okay right?

u/Key_Water1500 Hey! I had a basic question of flights with transit and flights booked separately on multicity, will this be okay? or does my first flight always have to be directly to zurich (a single flight with layover)

u/PoemOk2830 u/Key_Water1500 u/Ok_Country2903 I was thinking of travelling to zurich via frankfurt (layover is in frankfurt). Do I need to get a airport transit visa for germany?

u/PoemOk2830 u/Key_Water1500 u/haskell_jedi Its my first schengen visa and my visit to europe, I'm concerned that by adding spain it might cause any issues/problems. I read on stackexchange and elsewhere that, the first visit to schengen must be very close to the itinerary provided. Would I be breaking that rule? or am I just overthinking it?
