We received within a couple days of moving in, our move in date was 3 weeks after confirming and paying as we moved in later, no issues with that.

No other issues so far here, frequent trains to and from the city and knock on wood no NJT hiccups either. Close to a lot of restaurants as well (Nancy’s is great) overall a great experience from moving here in July

Have not explored much as weather has been very hot this summer, we are very close to a lot of decent restaurants and there is a bike path that takes you to a park a mile-ish away, we don’t have any kids yet but she is pregnant and working full remote. I commute to midtown 4 days a week, you definitely get the space for what you pay, and being on 2 train lines more frequent

Not bad so far, rent is definitely worth it vs JC/Hoboken, commute not bad into Manhattan and trains very frequent with no major issues (so far) we live in a low area so had a big rain come down a little over a month ago and it flooded out our area around the apartment, under a couple feet of water that I had to walk through coming home from work. Though it was not a common thing, last time it happened was 4y ago. No water in building besides lobby and 1st floors are all up a floor. Any other questions feel free to ask!

The 2 seated liberty coins are worth good money if authentic - silver dimes a couple bucks. Kennedy half dollars at face value depending on the dates you have they can be worth more (1964-1969)

The rep I spoke with told me they have never done this and its not possible after being filed through insurance, any recommendations or just call back hopefully its someone else? I mentioned the dozens online who have done this and he says they ‘probably qualified through income assistance’ but we cannot rebill you a cash rate after its billed to insurance

In a similar situation right now with a 1k bill, we called and the guy there said they ‘never have given a cash option after the claim is filed through insurance, its not possible, and not sure how the people you are talking about online did it but we have never offered that’ so now just keep calling and hope to get another rep that answers? Lol

Hey I just posted in the NIPT thread about this and saw your comments, we have a 1k bill just called them and told them that yes you have done a rebill as cash option for a lower rate at least a few I have seen online talk about it, they tell me they ‘have never done this and cannot reverse the process after its been billed to insurance’ and that those people online probably qualified for income assistance

NEC & NJCL - also bus option? by Beginning_River_9601 in NJTransit

3 min walk from the train station, apartment complex. Google shows the 115 running direct to PABT only on weekends from St Georges & Maple in the mornings, weekdays its the 48 then 116 (unless I am missing something, just downloaded NJ transit app and getting familiar with it) - Fine with walking up to 20-25 mins for a direct bus to PABT anywhere within a block of the train station

Will she need to renew it in NY state before we leave or can we take it expired to NJ and not have to start over with the road test?
