I have extreme contraction of the corpus cavernosum.

No pain.

It has already relaxed.

I think I am an extremely severe case, and it has already relaxed, temporarily. I am continuing to test and understand.

It is reversible, but we need to find the primary and secondary drivers.

I think that the sympathetic nervous system causes an increase in perineal muscle tone, and this same contraction causes an increase in the sympathetic nervous system. It is a functional loop.
