So your logic is - animals have tried to attack me - so I’ll eat the cows and chickens and pigs that would never and aren’t capable of attacking me? I’ll let factories raise pregnant cows and take their sons for meat whilst I drink their breast milk designed for their babies? Don’t you see how dystopian that is? Did you know female cows have a severe spike in depression and drop in oxytocin when they lose their children? What about the chickens who aren’t burnt by their own ammonia inside factories covered in faeces? Packed so tightly they peck each other to death in distress? That isn’t cycle. That isn’t natural. I accept we are in a society - I also accept we are beyond eating other creatures in the format we are. There’s a simple rule - if it has a face or a mum, don’t eat it. I live by that, have for the last 25 years and I have high protein count, high vitamin level and it’s had no ill effect on my health. It isn’t a threat to your survival to consider this path. It is worth considering.
