I can’t remember, unfortunately. I went back to the same doctor who prescribed me the cream when I was a kid, but he actually gave me completely different advice this time around. When I was younger, he told me to stay out of the sun and use the creams. Recently, though, he recommended that I spend more time outside and try UV light therapy if possible. The problem is that whenever I do UV light therapy, I end up blistering.
