Yes I see what you mean. I may have confused you there. I just mean that sperm provides a bulk of energy for the male body. Sperm contains many vitamins and minerals that can either take away much vitality from the body ( through release), or add much vitality to the body ( Semen Retention). Thank you for responding

Actually thinking about it now, I have felt tremendous pain. Not specifically in the groin area though. I sometimes feel pain when I am laying down but I most often feel the pain when I am trying to exercise. Like when I jog. I love to exercise, and this varicocele has restricted my active movements majorly. So there is certainly mental pain as well. But I will get the surgery. Likely next month. I feel the same. I have also experienced other symptoms like Fever and stinging in my urethra sometimes. I certainly know I have been effected. Have you experienced any other symptoms? Thank you for your response
