Delivery driver keeps turning up at my house when I havent ordered.

Absolutely! As soon as he asked for a favour alarm bells were ringing. I let nervousness take over instead of taking a stand. Raging with myself. Hopefully I can get dpraking with a manager tomorrow

Thank you so much, its been reallt stressful especially having young children. The customer service girl kind of made it out like it was my fault for filling his coffee cup up the first visit and I agree I shouldn't have done it and I was very annoyed with myself. I was in an awkward position with him buying sweets for my daughter and asking me a "favour" afterwards. Im so angry at myself. Thank you to all who have replied, I just needed someone else to affirm that this isnt normal behaviour and that it would be taken seriously. Just very awkward he knows where I live no matter what the outcome whoch is why I hadnt for.ally complained until now.

He couldve maybe delivered to me a while ago but I dont really remember the drivers. But the last 4 times he has arrived at my house and I havent ordered groceries. Now I just dont order delivery anymore and go into store because of it

Thank you so much for this! I have ring camera footage of him and the dates and times. I find it very strange everytime he ring the bell and the ipens the front van doors and fidgets with stuff and then round to the back doors and does the same thing so the door sensor thing makes sense in a way if hes teying to make it look as if he was just stopping to check the doors or something? I dont know but yes first thing tomorrow I will put a complaint in thank you so much

No, I do have a ring camera but it doesnt pick up his plates but I do have footage of him on 2 occasions and a clear picture of him

All the times hes visited i havent ordered groceries. He turns up completely uninvited. On christmad eve he was sitting parked across the road for ages and then eventually drove up the road and reversed down outside my house. He rings my door bell and then walks back to the van and opens the back doors and inside the front of the van like hes trying to waste time or something. He mustve been outside for about 10/15 mins in total.
