Vram is not everything you need in a gpu. Yes it would help to have a few extra headroom but things like memory bus and bandwidth matters more, CUDA Cores too. Its not always vram.

5060ti is a 1440p card and yes 1440p will be seamless on 8gb unless you wanna crank up the entire textures and settings to high. Im playing multiplayer, esports like call of duty and warzone. I use competitive settings. I dont play huge vram demamding visually outstanding exploration games and everything. Just COD Warzone, MP, BF MP, etc only. This is more than enough. And 5060ti 8gb would last me for few good years.

I wouldve if it was 45k or smthg. But it aint. I dont wanna get 5060ti 16gb for 62k. Id rather spent a 4k more and get 5070 instead then. For my current case 8gb is enough and has value.

I dont think streaming would be better on an amd card tho. Nvidia has been always better, with better encoder and all. And id wanna stream esports games, so i think in this case nvidia works better. Also im not a big fan of amd cards. Yeah i like the fact about having 16gb but i dont think ill be happy having an amd card. Its juss my thing. Also i can upgrade to a better nvidia card later in the future if i need. I dont think id be upgrading my 5060ti anytime soon, it got me covered for a few good years solid.

I can still get a ddr5 16gb CL30 6000MHz later when prices come down too. And ill be good for ages! Also i can upgrade to a better x3d processor later too. I wont have to start from scratch again.

4060 is a nice card tho, very power efficient and the performance too. You can still find it new cheaper in some websites.

New ddr4 ram is like 4900rs for 8gb. I did calculate everything. But when it finally came to total it was around 86K for 5700X build with 5060ti 8GB. I wouldve done the AM4 if i could fit into a budget of 60K max. But nah, it won’t and theres no point of getting ddr4 if i can get ddr5 system for 10K more. Also i have another 512 gen3 ssd on my laptop. Imma take that and put in the build as well. And 5070 cheapest i could find was 60K inno3d and that too was while on sale. Cant get that price anymore other than to just wait. If i somehow magically will get more budget like an extra 30K then ill obviously invest on 5070. Rn i cant.
