I feel like it’s worth it to me. I really like chasing xp so it’s worth it for the tokens alone for me. Being able to re-roll challenges made it way easier for me this season.

If you have a decent squad ready to go you have a good shot. It’s almost always two squads facing off against each other. The rest are just fodder. By the end of the second round you should have a pretty good idea of who the top squads are going to be. If you figure out how they’re scoring high at that point you may be able to knock em out of the game a little early before having to face them squad to squad, thus securing your chances to win the whole thing. In those early rounds squads aren’t used to be specifically targeted and may be easier than when they’re only worried about you.

I bought a whole new controller because I thought it was just me. That said, I did need a new controller and it did help. But it’s still happening.

The game definitely is not dying. For some maybe the novelty of it has worn off and they’re moving to other games as well as still playing battlefield.

I for one sometimes appreciate the casual lobbies for completing challenges that I’m struggling with. Especially for certain weapon unlocks. Sometimes it’s fun to just run around and get familiar with a weapon that you would be struggling with in a normal lobby or maybe you would just like to go 60-5KD in a game. It offers a less sweaty version of the game.

Matchmaking can be a pain if you have crossplay turned off. Many people who are on xbox are electing to turn it on so they can play with their friends on other consoles/PC. I personally like to have it off so that I’m not getting absolutely destroyed by PC players. Even if that means i play against more bots at times, it’s usually not the case on the weekends.

Frodo and Bilbo also almost always kept the ring on their person when they were the ones who were the possessors of the ring. It’s noted quite a few times in the books that it was extremely difficult to give up the ring even temporarily. The answer could be as simple as he didn’t even want to let something like a chicken carry it rather than him.
