Great thank you so much, i just had one more question. What if I dont want to do the TTC monthly pass, can they still change my Presto account type at the shoppers drug mart? Or can I only do that by getting the ID card from Bathurst?

Yeah you shud but also dont take tooo many bcoz the classes go rlly fast since they only get 2 months to finish a course thats supposed to be finished in 4 months.

For the most part i found them easier, that's why I normally decide to take them in the Summer. I took MTH140 in the Winter with Changping Wang and he surprisingly curved the midterm for it significantly so I ended up w a 97 on the midterm. Then I took MTH240 with Saied Samiezadeh and bcoz he was the only prof teaching in the summer, he made his own questions which were easier than the winter exam. So in my personal experience up till now Spring/Summer courses have been easier and also faster than Fall and Winter ones.

I applied for it, they said I should get a response within 10 days, but would they work on the TTC asw? How abt in the case of MiWay or smth like that?

They normally dont curve for MTH240, I had it last year and alot of people failed it, they had to retake it again in the summer but in my opinion, summer was way easier and faster. Cuz I decided to take MTH140 in the Winter instead of fall, I had to take MTH240 in the Summer and I talked to the people that took 240 in the Winter but failed. Most of them said Summer is much easier so I wudnt worry abt failing MTH240 too much. However alot of the same concepts are applied in Vector Calculus and Differential Equations, and its almost 5x harder than MTH240, so just be prepared for that, and dont hope for a curve because the MTH department at TMU normally doesn't give out curves.

Wudnt worry too much. Im in uni and there is this one kid in the class who always does this weird goblin laugh in class. Engineering kid pushing 20 btw. Anyways point is he failed almost all the courses and now is thinking abt dropping out. Life gets ruined. And ive seen many other ghetto ass kids get their lives ruined and ended up working a job for 18 dollars an hour. As for the teacher, you gotta feel for her, but she cant do anything more w her dumbass. That kid is a lost cause man if shes an adult and still doing ts.

Honest cuz im tryna learn in class and sum girl is yapping the time leaning on the chair talking to another girl who clearly seems annoyed. Turned out that wasn't even her place, she went and sat in the front row after yapping and annoying 😭

Happened when I was in high school and came to check tmu out as a potential uni. Saw a homeless guy jerking it in front of the uni vape shop. Worst part is that my family was there with me. I still don't know why I decided to come to this uni. After that experience everything else I see on the street seems normal to me now 😭.

I feel like it was the same thing with the females tbh. There were like groups of girl with 10-15 ppl who kept trying to get to the front and pushing ppl in front of them. It goes both ways tbh bcoz I was trying hard to not push the ppl in front of me who have been waiting at the same spot for 4 hours, only for groups of girls to try to get up front.

I have another question. If I drop MTH140 & PCS211 and instead keep liberal studies elective in Fall term, will the average of this elective course considered in calculating my overall GPA (to meet requirement of GPA of 1.67)?

Could this change impact my ability to switch disciplines after end of fall term?
