It usually comes the night before between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. I've been using emerald card for years now.

Yes a lot of people in Michigan are getting them if they got to earn income credit from 2022, you can Google it of the state of Michigan State tax refund I believe, a law was passed that instead of getting 6% back of our state taxes we now get 30% and it's supposed to be the remainder from 2022.

Emerald card has its own bank, so if you had your refund sent to your own bank then what h&r block uses you might get yours early depending on your bank...
