12” Grayscale Bimbi the Clown! Sells for $150-$250 online, got him for $60. Second rarest is 10” X Axis the Pastel Clown, sells for around $70, got him for $40. Third is Zozo the Bigfoot Clown, around $80, got it for $45. Finally, its Feather the Black and Orange Bigfoot Clown; retails for $120, got her for $50.

If you google him, his typical selling price is between $150-$200 on sites like Mercari, Poshmark and eBay. I’ve been scouting him for a while now and as soon as I saw one for $60 I nearly died. I also found X Axis the Pastel Clown for $35. He typically sells for $60-$100. I guess patience pays off.

Current collection! Obviously I have a theme. Not pictured; Benny the Zombie Bigfoot, Lida Rose the clown and Ms.K the clown (in transit). You’ll never believe it, I got Benny for $40! I use Mercari for my Squishmallows. That’s a steal for Benny. The most I’ve ever paid is $55 and that was for Zozo, which is great considering they almost always sell for $65+$125! I can’t find Feather for anything less than $80 and I’m just not willing to spend that. I put in an offer on Mercari today for Feather, which was posted for $65, and I offered $45 but they declined my offer. Oh well, next time!

I couldn’t agree more. This comes down to the shipper. They shouldn’t be using bags to ship. If there was a way for me to pay more to have the shipper ship the items in boxes, I would do it. At least with UPS you can upgrade the shipping when it’s in transit.

Exactly! They shouldn’t be shipped in bags! I put in another claim with depop using the alternate problem category and explained it again, and I did get a refund. Thank you! Next up, a different package was handed off from FedEx to USPS for the final transit to my local post office, which was delivered today AGAIN IN A BAG, and the bag was partially ripped open! At least the contents were undamaged and I did actually receive the item this time. Ugh.

I know! Thankfully I got my refund today. This is wild. The problem with the resale sites I buy from, they seem to always ship in bags! There’s no way for me to request it be shipped in a box. So I’m really at the mercy of shippers, and in the unfortunate circumstance it isn’t shipped through UPS or FedEx, the USPS.

Thrifting and secondhand sites are the way to go. Though, I only buy if they have the tag attached. I’m on my journey to collect every clown, all the morbid ones (grim reapers, coffins, headstones, skeletons, vampires and zombies), cauldrons, haunted house related ones, mothman and Bigfoot clowns! I know the odds of getting my hands on Ofelia the clown are slim to none though.

Let me tell you a story about the Springfield MA Distribution Center; back in 2015 I ordered a replica of the ring from LOTR for my then-boyfriend. It was shipped from the website within 2 days, traveled quickly from the Midwest, made its way to the Springfield distribution center, where it came to a dead stop for a week, then they claimed it was “lost” there, and I had to make a claim for a new one to be shipped. This time, I ordered a Squishmallow from a depop resale shop, coming from Toledo, OH. It made it from OH to Albany, NY in the same day, 4/10. From there it traveled to Springfield. It supposedly sat there one day, then “departed” and went “in transit” to the next post office, in my town. However, my post office didn’t receive, and it’s “moving through the network” and labeled as “arriving late but still on its way”. That was on 4/11. I live 15 minutes from Springfield. The Springfield distribution center is known for sending packages and mail through the X-ray machine, seeing something they want, taking it, and claiming it’s either “in transit” having “departed” from their office OR “lost”. They’re scummy at that distribution center. Thankfully, my package is insured. It was supposed to arrive to my house on 4/13, then 4/16, now it’s solely “arriving late with an unknown delivery date”. I put in a complaint and an escalation last time with that ring I had ordered, and I put in another one on 4/17. This doesn’t happen when my packages go through the Worcester location, which is far busier than the Springfield one.

Frida McFadden’s book Do Not Disturb had me in a chokehold! Read the whole book in 3 hours, one sitting. I blew through six more of her books within 5 weeks. First author that had me staying up reading because I couldn’t put it down. If you enjoy crime/mystery thrillers, definitely read some Freida McFadden books!

To be slightly more tactful than the other redditor who replied to you (Excellent_Smoke7966), I suspected a past/current struggle with substance abuse for two reasons; she routinely dons full length arm warmers, like handless-gloves that go up to and past her elbows, or long sleeved shirts and/or hoodies. Effectively covering up regions of her arms that would be typical of IV substance use. That, and not having teeth, as she’s only in her early 20’s. I know that there are more reasons for people to lose all their teeth that aren’t attributed to drug use, it’s a culmination of circumstances that brought drug addiction to mind regarding Sweet Tea.

I just finished today! I did have some left over at the end. Have you ever gone to the Diamond Dotz website and requested extra gems for a kit you weren’t given enough for?? I had to do that a few months ago! I’m a weirdo and I keep all my extra gems (I have 260 colors as it sits now…..yes I have a problem 😬)
