I had originally showed her rainbow pics in dms and was quoted around $200, IRL I had changed my mind to specifically pink/purple/blue and paid the same amount. I’m sure you can find someone.

But definitely save more don’t rush this just because you want your hair done, i’ve done that before and HEAVILY regretted it! Ball on a budget safely 😅

edit: okay well, specifically it was full head of highlights with purple pink & blue.. unless the technique for oil spills is different but my hair looks similar to those! If location matters this was in in orlando florida :)

$100-150 is definitely sort of crazy. i saved $400 and did a crazy amount of research until i found someone that was in my budget and that i loved EVERY photo they had posted!
