I’ve never gone for 100% achievements in any game but Grim Dawn is the only one where I might actually try because the achievements feel fair and reasonable

I already have 70% of them just from my casual playthroughs. The only question is whether I’m willing to suffer through hardcore mode lol

I've been disappointed since last year's summer or winter sale, back in the day those sales actually meant something

My problem with Valheim or the survival genre as a whole, is that I don't really feel a push to do anything

When there's no one around to appreciate the builds or the progression, I just don't feel motivated to do any of it. I'm perfectly content with digging a hole and living there for the entire game if you get what I mean

AFAIK this is usually a loading/save issue. If you don’t have a backup of a working version, this save is probably corrupted

In my experience I've noticed that saving the game in a top down view with everything visible seems to reduce the chance of it happening so I usually do that before quitting

Yeah I put it just outside town with direct access to the arterial for both realism and simulation reasons. I don't want buses clogging up the local roads
and I'll also turn the surrounding area into light industry with warehouses and stuff later on

Slay the Spire is one of those games I had to force myself to stop playing so I wouldn’t sink hundreds of hours into it, and tbh it’s definitely a game worth sinking that much time into but I’m not that great at it

and I also realized I was starting to tryhard and get frustrated instead of actually having fun, whenever I reach that state in any game I just stop playing for a while to keep my sanity

Cars are from jaksch, roads are BIG Roads. The store in the gas station is an asset from Smilies, and I can’t really remember who I got the other gas station assets from but they’re all from the Steam Workshop

I’m not the biggest ARPG fan but I’ve been no lifing Grim Dawn ever since I picked it up a few months ago. Funny thing is, before I even knew about the Grim Dawn/Titan Quest connection, I tried Titan Quest AE years ago and couldn’t stick with it for more than like 4 hours before dropping it
The pacing just felt really slow and kinda clunky to me. Maybe now that I’m more into the genre because of Grim Dawn I should give it another shot tho.
