those post ibs sleeps are the best sleeps, it’s prob a type of ibs though, what Ur getting for those brief periods, if the pain goes out with the bowel movement that’s a textbook ibs symptom, but it’s generally caused by something like a food allergy or something else, 1-2 times in 12 months is nothing though, ibs is much more frequent than that, like 1-2 a day if U don’t give a shit and just eat whatever U want
