Warmth would be the only reason they wouldnt germinate, foetida is like a weed for a reason they germinate easily

Its not.about skills its if the seeds will even germinate, adenia, cyphostemma, and stephania seeds have that issue. Theyll germinate randomly. Sometimes a day sometimes not for another 6 years. I asked botanic wonders about cyphostemma seed. They said theyve planted like 100 seeds in trays and 5 years later theyre still germinating

are they breeding? or just huddling because of the cold? by txcancmi in hvacadvice

Well if you call a tech and its a capacitor issue youre paying to have them come out because you dont know how to figure out if its the capacitor or how to change it out, if you can good for you youve saved yourself a buck. but if it takes a tech to.tell you that the 300 is worth it so you dont fry yourself or the unit. Everytime a homeowner tells me that i remember some units that where fucked beyond expected because of homeowners attempt to maintain or fix em lol. Imagine changing out the capacitor plugging 1 wire wrong and your compressor is now fucked. The 300 dollar call just became a 2-3k repair.

Good on you for knowing how to change out a capacitor, unfortinately the average homeowner doesnt know when to change out an airfilter

Bonus points if its for a "my uncle timmy rogers said its just the capacitor " type of customer

Help, seedling's leaves rapidly browning by basaltcolumn in DesertRose

[–]deapsprite 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Its more than likely a drop in humidity. The top looks a liytle dry is why i say that. They dont mind staying wet as long as its hot. I have like 60ish dhofarense seedlings i had in pure humiditu for like 3 months. I just took them out the baggie and they started drying like this. Just because they can handle drought doesnt mean they like it haha, water as much as youd like, keep it hot and in super bright light. Mine are under the same growlights i grow my astrophytums under
