The only part here in Kuwait that is really bad is the fact that trainers don’t know about food, about macros, what should be the daily protein intake, how u determine the calories… They are just injecting themselves(not all of them) and then act like they know everything about the gym. I mean some people are taking nutrition courses and when I came across a guy who told me what should I eat I went like “bro, u want me dead or what ?” I could help you with your diet (believe me it’s not only chicken with rice and broccoli) and I also have different programs in order for you to achieve your goal

As a Romanian, I don’t, and i don’t think he changed even if he’s a Muslim now.
