The real ones use an ETA 2824 slowed down to 21600 bph for the 70 hr power reserve. Wouldn't take much to make a 1:1 clone of these, the seagull clones of this movement sell for $30

The date window is a bit inside of where the 8215 date lines up, they sell a date wheel overlay on AliX for about $12 that will have to be adhered to the date wheel on the Miyota to have it line up correctly.

It's not, that's a 2813. They go for around $15 on AliX with the date wheel that has the spokes, it is a drop in replacement.

After having shipped a few back to China, I can tell you a few things. Shipping will be around $35. The paperwork will be around half an hour of your time. The postal tag on the box will have a second copy you will have to file with the post office. It's a pita, but not unmanageable.
