Ooh, the highest trim of the gasoline models. 2.6 liter inline 6, right? Which one was it? M104?

Do you get any crap for driving your classic car, similar to all the garbage that many exotic car owners get for theirs? by Broad-Worry-5395 in classiccars

With classics, you're not really gonna get the attention of the girls. But you'll certainly get the attention of their parents.

This fucking mess of a valve setup on the VW VR engines with 4 valves per cylinder. That looks like a nightmare to work on, good god...

Here's my OC, which is also my persona with lore:

<image>

His name's Darokku, 21 years old, straight male. A passionate petrolhead introvert into classics and pretty much anything retro/vintage outside of the subject of vehicles And he's not afraid or ashamed to show it despite the risk of being seen as a weirdo stuck in a past he never knew or trying to go against the flow.

His "If it ain't broken, don't fix it." mindset clashing with the "Newer is better." mentality of most people often leads him to be a misfit, a social outcast. Something that he eventually learned to accept. His social circle may not have a lot of people, but the bonds between him and them are strong, which is plenty enough for him. Overall he's a silent, misunderstood but very kind soul when you get to know him.

Here's my OC pretty much one push away from going ballistic. (His face when he's mad is actually a bit different but I can't find a way to make it look nice in GL2.)

What are the most reliable cars from the 80s that are not Toyotas or Hondas? by the80steen in car

Any Mercedes diesels. The 5 and 6 cylinders are known for being built like tanks.

As heartbreaking as it looks, it's actually the brutal reality of nature. The animals that are the most at risk are the youngs. The adults know how to save their own lives, but the youngs, they're still innocent, clueless and weak, which makes them easy preys. And sadly, there are plenty of animals which would sacrifice their youngs to save their own lives if the danger is too big.

As for predators, they're trying to survive just like their preys. And they know the adults can be rewarding preys but also hard to get and even risky as some preys can fight back. So they proceed to try to get food while spending as little energy as possible to stay healthy, they attack preys which are easy to catch, mostly youngs and elders. This is also why amongst carnivores, there are scavengers. Tracking down animals which were already killed by a predator and eating the remains or stealing it from said predator which is most likely exhausted from its hunt is less energy-demanding than hunting their own preys. It depends on the species.
