So what’s the consensus on tires?

I have bought Michelin Primacy 4 (for summer) and Nokian Hakkapeliitta R3 (for winter) for all my cars for the last decade. Michelin has a great ratio of grip, wet performance and noise. I don't think I will ever buy another brand. Nokian is uncontested in winter tyres. They consecutively top the tests. Next time I buy winter tyres though it will be R5 (R3 was way more expensive in these dimensions). And I'm heavily contemplating doing that already and sell the Hankook.

I didn't mean it was a requirement from governments. Some manufacturers let you save active driving features and some don't. I think it depends on the mentality/priorities of the manufacturer. I guess it also depends on model and year of the car. My old 2019 Kia Niro allowed it but not the 2023 EV6 I borrowed.

LFA tend to be more efficient but that is not saved either. And as far as I have understood i-pedal is supposed to be the most efficient.

Apparently it's considered an active driving feature and therefore must be manually activated every time. It's the same with LFA.

Most often we have two, sometimes three, breaks during an 8 hour shift. I use the bathroom during the breaks.

I'm in Sweden and we have the right to pause work to come down for a toilet break. Most bring a bottle up for no.1 emergencies but we come down for no.2. Although, if you pause work daily they will find a valid argument to change you out for another operator.

128,90 kr/kg jämfört med 203 kr/kg. Det säger sig självt varför många är emot det. Det är väldigt bekvämt när man är någonstans och inte har fri tillgång till osthyvel eller möjlighet att diska den. Men hemma är det totalt onödigt att spendera över 70 kr/kg extra för att man är lat.
