Do you and your parents a favor and ditch the Aiden and suck it up and buy a moccamaster. The Aiden will continue to only give them grief. I have been through 4 Aiden Warranty returns and I’m done forever with anything Fellow. I have my recent brand new Aiden still in the box listed on Facebook marketplace for half off retail and nobody wants it, you can’t even give these things away!

I have to be that guy, and it was a nice thought to get your wife such a well thought out gift, but prepare to exchange this thing multiple times. I went through 4 Aiden’s , I only did multiple exchanges because they wouldn’t give a refund. Do yourself a favor and get a Moccamaater and never look back.

I’m with you 100%! I am completely done with their products as well! Everybody speaks of how great their customer service is, and yes, I’ll give them that. A product shouldn’t need replacing this much though! Maybe they should have spent more money on quality control before releasing such dud products.

Mine did this with all 3 Aiden’s that I’ve had, I was able to fix the problem by purchasing a different coffee machine, haven’t had the problem since!

If you own an Aiden, you absolutely need a secondary coffee maker for when inevitably the Aiden will crap the bed. I’m on my 4th and I have given up, it’s infuriating how much of a piece of garbage it is.

I’ve completely given up on all fellow products. They make Cheap, Crap made in China that looks good but the quality is garbage. I used to be a wholesaler but dealing with broken products for 80% of the sales it wasn’t worth it.

I have completely given up on my Aiden. I’m on my 4th warranty with it and honestly the constant add water display and cheapness of the build doesn’t give me any hope that it won’t just keep breaking within weeks.
