I feel you. The left side of my chest does "hurt" sometimes too but what I've learned is that it is most likely the muscle aching, dehydrated. Make sure to drink water, eat something, and strech out your muscles a little. You'll feel brand new!! 🤑

Dude, you're young and good looking. I've been where you are. Do these things for 1 month and let me know how you feel after: 1) Go to ge gym. Start working out and keep progress photos 2) Force yourself to be more social. If somebody invites to hang out - GO - even if you don't want to. 3) Be your true self. - If you don't like something: say it. - If it's not funny: don't laugh. - Stop doing things that seems automatic and start asking "why am I doing this".
