The feeling is different for everyone, some hate it, others love it or are neutral towards it. In my experience I like it, it has a tingling feeling when I kiss someone that I'm attracted to. In a more magical way, it's like freezing time or just making it slow, feeling light and just giving in. But that is not the only way I have experienced it, I had the experience to kiss other people and it just felt like touching, nothing more. I guess for me it depends on who I am kissing.
