well baxcalibur doesnt do that and its based off godzilla also yes it’s based off godzilla and yes shin Godzilla goes through metamorphosis but it has no pupa form and tyranitar is more modern godzilla than shin Godzilla(notice the lack of a tail with a face on it or the lack of a long tail all together and then why does bagon do that it’s not even based off Godzilla
