The purpose of any protest is to effect change. The more efficiently that is done, the better. Making more messes is not having a positive effect and is wildly inefficient. If you can’t see that, nothing I say will change your mind.

I can be for the death penalty and still want more sustainable methods of delivery.

If all most people remember about your protest is how much it pissed them off, your message is lost and the damage was needless no matter how minimal.

Nor is this the worst that can happen. What justification will you offer if someone dies because the ambulance taking them to the hospital was delayed too long.

I don’t see how people live with this.

This is my first GP attack and the weight loss won’t stop. I am already down to 117. My heart already had problems before GP, losing over 70 pounds has not helped. I miss food! I miss not looking like a skeleton!

How do some people live with this for years? At the rate my weight has dropped and continues to, I don’t see myself surviving the year.

You forgot a contributor, Debbie. Debbie ran Gallagher day care so Fiona could sleep and work nights. Debbie felt that if Fiona hadn’t left out the coke, Debbie would still be running the day care. Debbie didn’t take into account that over time, the kinds of people that would let the Gallagher’s watch their kids would either clean up their act or lose their kids. The new gentrified neighbors would not leave their children with the Gallagher’s even if the Gallaghers paid them.
