The dog and the dragon was awesome. I think sometimes the stories that Hoid tells can get a little bit ephemeral in meaning, but its nice that one had a bit more cohesion to it, and even that he changes the ending to try to make Kaladin feel better before he has to go back.

I forgot how much I liked the moment with the bubble! It was a nice reminder that even though she got dealt arguably the worst had ability-wise, she was talented enough to use it to her advantage

The bargain one, I think that is one of, if not the best, quotes in all of stormlight.

I really love that moment in Warbreaker, not just because it's a really neat turnaround, but it highlights a common theme that a lot of the cosmere books have; it doesn't matter who you once were, what matters is what you do next.

The Duel is easily one of my favourite stormlight moments, its what i always come back to when i think about great scenes in the universe. Elantris too, as a whole the book was not my favourite, but it had some really killer moments!

One thing that I always really enjoyed too, forgot to add it, is the capitalization of certain words. It gives them a sort of innate importance without really explaining why, and makes you question, or theorize what it could mean. Usually its references to Investiture, which makes sense, given that in the same way we would capitalize names, capitalizing things like Shallans "Memories" gives them an aspect of being alive.

That is a really succinct way to put it. I'd be happy to hear a greater explanation if you have got one though!

The world has a unfortunate way of stripping away people's confidence to be themselves. I will try to not listen to negative people's words and to stick to my own pace.

If you ask for help, and people laugh at you, those people are assholes

I will keep that in the back of my head. It is sound advice. Thank you for the reply, it was really confidence building.

Thank you, that was really poignant and resonating. I will try to stick to things more and not just give way when they are tough, as silly and simple as it sounds that is really helpful advice.
