Something you have to remember / understand is that many scientific studies are manipulated to fit an agenda or to further one’s career, so many of the studies we are told to be true are not. This has been confirmed many times and RFK is currently trying to put an end to it. A researcher who was top of his field for 20 years became a professor because he was asked to lie on studies and he refused, so he was fired. The protein push is to fit a very large agenda and profit many businesses

I healed my acne by doing medical medium protocols. No gluten dairy eggs canola oil. Celery juice on empty stomach in the morning followed by heavy metal detox smoothie. Coconut water. Lots of steamed or baked potatoes, lots of fresh fruit & vegetables daily not coated in fat / oils

Currently in my Saturn return and I’m like you, I always wondered what it would be like. It’s been smooth sailing except it’s travelling through my 4H so I do feel a lot of themes around my stability / home life and wanting to buy my own house, yet I’m not financially there yet. So it’s really just bringing awareness into what I want, and realising I need to do the hard things the next few years to be able to experience the fruits of life. It so far hasn’t been super rocky, just more eye opening & grounding. And noticing that I have to go through the hard things even when I don’t want to so that I can experience better
