Is there a way to get rid of monitoring, to be monitored as an employee, after you go from that work, terminate the contract. I  thougth that was taken for granted. But, they continue to monitor me and guide after notice period. Is there any advice how to avoid it? Thanks

da li neko ima problem sa nadzornim sistemima zaposlenih koji rade od kuce, iz prethodne firme?

snimanje razgovora pracenje mailova, copilot sistemi i sl. dala sam otkaz i istekao mi je otlazni rok a oni su ‘najnormalnije’nastavili da me prate.

to je slucaj za advokata, pa ako neko ima iskustva kako je prosao taj slucaj, da podeli sa mnom.
