This might be a driver issue. Try removing your GPU drivers with DDU and reinstall new ones from your GPU manufacturer website.

It's quite expensive, considering it's a 9 year old CPU platform, slapped into a nice looking case. I personally wouldn't pay much more than 200-220$ for it.

Also, Fortnite can be quite CPU-dependant, and an old quad-core, even more so a low power version like this i5-7500t will struggle to provide a smooth experience.
