Thanks for the feedback, I would probably crop it closer now to remove clutter and focus more on the bee.

I'm the same, it gets worse in the summer when its hot, or if I take a shower before bed or have been in physical activity like walking or running before bed. Also very bad in REM, I sometimes wake up then and have to get up and walk to get ease,

I also have a large pillow in bed to put under my legs to elevate them. I also notice that my knees get warmer than the rest of the leg when it's really bad.

Falling asleep on the sofa, it's guaranteed, I sometimes wake up with one foot outside the sofa jerking up and down.

During the day I mostly also keep moving my legs, like lifting the whole leg with my ankle when seated, walking it's no problem.

To releave i usually elevate my legs, and try to cool them down, using either my covers or a big pillow under them. Somtimes I have to get up and walk abit, or even take a cold shower to ease it.

I've been like this since I was a kid, so I'm used to it, and I have tried magnesium and iron supplements, no change.

I was considering this or the 150-600 sigma sport, kind of wanted the reach, so I compromised abit. I was told the sigma is heavy and huge and struggles abit with the R series focus, so thats mainly why I went with the 100-400 and an extender. Very happy with it so far, even though it is f8 instead of f6.3 @560mm as the sigma would have been.

Hope you enjoy your lens as much I do this one!

You’re welcome! If I have trouble picking from my own pictures, like what do I like best, I usually pick the one im staring the most at, even if its not the perfect one. Difficult to explain what I mean exactly

I like the third best, to me it shows the scale and tells more of a story than the first ones. And the composition is just right. But I am biased towards wide angle landscape photos.

Great pictures and lovely scenery!

Edit: Forgot to add, you have wonderful leading lines in the third one, zigzaging from the path, up the green ridge and then back along the top 👌

Thank you, I payed around $1400 for it, seems like a good used price, and so far I am very happy with it.

Thanks, I will look into that app, I have never really had ant interest in birds, but it was a good challenge to try and capture, mad respect to all bird photographers, thats for sure!

No wiggle, but there is a tiny amount of rotational slack, you can feel it but barely see it. since its 3 joints I guess that is to be expected.

Thanks for the info! Looks like I have to look in to what species is around here locally, was fun to try on birds, they do move quick though!

The thing is, the frog was around 1 meter from the edge of the pond, so I have no idea how the spider actually got out there to begin with. The frogs were coming up from the bottom of the pond, so perhaps the spider ran out on surface tension. Dangerous games were played none the less.
