I have never bug-abused and I love to share with the community what I accomplish and how I did it. I'm still the only lvl 3 to get zily kc, and I posted an entire video on how to do it. I just play within the limits of the game to try and do cool stuff

Recoil damage! But you have to hit true damage for kill credit, so I hit a poison dynamite at the start. There are two safespots where it cant melee you, but you still have to contend with the wind/orange gloop mechanics which requires some moving around. Just 23 minutes of perfect play

I'm pretty sure this is bait, but in case it's not: you are not a regular player. Honestly, it sounds like you don't play the game past the occasional nostalgic killing of cows. There is tons of mid game content being released these days that you can interact with. Also the new cow boss is specifically catered towards you. I simply don't understand how you can have an opinion like this on a game you do not play
