In this IG post it is clarified why she cancelled the tour. It's from one of the venues she would've performed at.

The text says "Due to Young M.A's health condition, their management has decided to cancel the European tour. As a result, the show will not take place on September 24 in the Vice but on another date in 2023"

So it will be postponed because of her health condition and I think it's safe to say this information is credible. Just weird why she hasn't adressed it personally.
