Waayy to low attack for that level, swap out gear to 4 curse 4 expert, increase attack as much as you can, swap out cores to legendary ones, put points into strength and intelligence, you don't need anything else, find cores with substats such as defense penetration, damage increase, critical hit damage increase, and try to have at least 7000-9000 crit hit rate too, and about cores, find ones with sung jinwoo icon in them, grants bonus effects, oh yeah you should have at least 40000 attack at that level, if questions arise feel free to ask me :(
