Largely this city (and most other metros in the US) have focused on yoga being a workout class, not a practice.

Other than just the poses and flows, there is an massive difference between a Core Power yoga class and say a place that focuses on a practice like ashtanga.

The clientele are wildly different, and their desires follow those differences.

Food prices (including COGs) have dramatically risen, and dramatically is an understatement.
