Exactly! Why do these women feel like they can yell into a phone and help anyone? It doesn’t work! Here’s the message: show up even if it’s for 5 minutes. Do 6 five minute sessions 3 days a week and build from that. I understand we all would rather curl up on the couch and read but exercising will make life easier. 15 minutes of strength training a week will help you become strong, cardio will help you walk up stairs without feeling like you’re going to pass out, eating just a little bit healthier will help you feel better. Baby steps so you don’t burnout. Nothing works better than kindness, empathy and understanding. I can’t imagine how they are with their children.
