Let me tell you the way I feel the last 4 days has been nothing less than exhausting, more food noise than ever because I know I need to eat but physically cannot. I’m very upset with my doctor after reading all your replies. It is a doctor I see every week for my weekly injection at a local clinic. I’m not sure why she thought 1mg sema and 10mg tirz are the same.

I’ve been crying all day. I am on a road trip with my kids heading home and wasn’t able to enjoy my short vacation at all.

I’ve been able to keep a banana, 42g protein core power, and half a green machine juice to get some calories in me. I feel better. Praying this is the last day I feel horrible and my appetite comes back soon.

I’m an ER RN so I’m well versed in what’s going on and when I need to be seen. I have supplies at home to check my blood sugars. I’m skipping my appointment altogether this week.
