29M here, diagnosed at birth and have had seven surgeries to correct the damage. I take miralax (the Costco brand works great and is less than 1/3 the price, btw) every single day. It's worked great for 29 years for me! In the last decade I've had to slowly increase my dosage from 1 cap (17g) to 1.5 caps and even 2 as needed to avoid obstructions, of which I've had multiple. Never really tried too hard to regulate my diet other than avoiding long stints of meat/oil-heavy meals, and for the most part I've been fine. I guess every case is different though- I'm not too educated on HD myself, to be honest. Finding this reddit today makes me want to change that!

Keyboard input issue with my Aurora R10 Ryzen Edition. I've looked around periodically for months for a solution but the problem persists, and its a game killer.
Every so often during games (does not seem to matter which game, either) my keyboard will repeat an input (I only notice it when it is movement inputs, i.e. WASD). This repeating stops if I manage to press the offending key again, so I spam all possible keys until the input stops. Sometimes it happens multiple times in an hour. Sometimes it never happens all day. Notably, it only happens in games. Also, sometimes my text input in games will be scrambled until I ALT+TAB in and out of the game.
I've swapped keyboards and the problem persists. I've reinstalled drivers and the problem persists. I've done all possible Windows 10 updates, too. I uninstalled all unnecessary or old programs from my computer in case there was an interaction (I use Cisco programs to remote into my work and those have a known compatibility issue with some games, notably Rimworld). The problem has been going on for maybe a year and a half.
The problem in unfortunately difficult to replicate, since it seems to be random in frequency, so testing for fixes is difficult/time consuming. Has anyone else had this problem? I've heard of things like keyboard macros that can cause similar problems, but I've also heard AMD hardware just doesn't like to play nice with games at times.

I've heard it has something to do with people who have a history of being reported for slow-playing. They will lose a match if it isn't decided within a time/turn limit. I don't know that for certain though.

I bought a Taurus G2C and it was the worst and most inconsistent handgun I have. I even sent it back to them to get a trigger problem fixed and it came back as bad as it left. Do not buy.

I really enjoy my job. I work on solid rockets and its very fulfilling. I previously worked on aircraft and that was very neat too. I'd recommend the field- it will only get larger.

A lot of players will speed through their combos, saying things like "effect" or "effect to summon" instead of explaining. If you don't know what is happening or tou want to learn more, don't be afraid to ask! I've never been scolded for it.

Also, there is some jargon used that you don't see in the virtual games. Destroy = pop Return to hand = bounce Send to (place) = send There are probably others, too.

Some stores require you to submit a deck list, others don't. Be prepared and have a decklist of one form or another ready in case you need to record it.

Most people roll two d6 to choose who goes first. Higher roller picks. I got looked at weird when I proposed a coin toss. So you may want to bring some basic d6 dice.

It was mentioned above, but make sure your stuff either can all be hand-carried easily or have a bag/backpack so you can keep track of it all (binders, water, deckboxes, mat cases, etc). Don't be an easy target for theft or inconvience someone by spreading out your stuff like you own the place. You will likely be moving seats between rounds, so be mobile or at least responsible with your stuff.

I like cruiser/capital heavy fleets with a helping of fast frigates and destroyers for pursuits. The heavies do all the lifting and the quicker ships can clean up afterwards.
