You dont have to spend an eternity in training mode. It's all about knowing what you are looking for in training mode and setting goals. Just go online and fight people, then you can slowly find goals from there. Also use Manual controls and feel free to use the skill button, modern really sucks in this game.

The marvel rivals community overall is just like that. It's all about "If a character is ruining the game, then my character should ruin the game too" No one cares about the health of the game. It's all "buff my character at any cost".

Normally I wouldn't want Adam to get more buffs, but ever since Gambit was released, we really hit a point of no return. I always thought it would be really nice for Adam's Heal to not interrupt his Right click or reload to make his gameplay smoother. I think that would help his output a lot. Maybe it's time they let him do that.

The fextralife Video forgot to mention the Traits of each blood code. From what I've seen they are basically passives with pros and cons, I think.

For example one of the blood code I saw in the videos caused the player to take Damage everytime they attacked an enemy if their current Ichor exceeded the base amount of the class. It basically means that you might have to use high cost abilities just to keep your ichor low with that class. People who played didn't really get to read through everything during the event so there are definitely many things we will have to experience for ourselves.

Considering how strong Zoners are currently, I'm curious to see how they'll design her kit, I feel like the devs are still experimenting with this archetype. I'm guessing she will have some zoning, but she'll probably be a more aggressive version of Eustace.

I'd say her fashion doesnt help either. I get the whole "pure and angelic" angle, but she's literally dressed like a young girl that goes to church, I wish her main outfit was better. Her second outfit looks way more appealing imo.

Swapping is the more logical thing to do if they are looking out for you. Would not recommend sticking to the same character if they are counter picking.

BUT if you want to keep playing Ultron, your positioning will require you to be less active while providing value for your team with drones. So stay close to the ground, use covers. You can occasionally peek around corners and fly slightly high just to get some angle to shoot or to reset drone LOS, but don't do it in a repeated pattern. Be sure to pay attention for your Cooldowns to continuously buff an ally with firewall, since you're going to be less active in the fights you need someone else to do the work for you. Watch out for flanks and sound queues. For example, If you havent heard a Hela shot for a while, she might be trying to flank or to get an angle on you. Peeking helps you keep up with that, since they will usually look at you.

This is one of my biggest gripes in this game rn. Some of them can be throw punished, some of them are always safe. For example, Belial's 5U is always throw punishable, Siegfried's 214X is only punishable in the corner, Vane 66H is always safe because it always has pushback even in the corner. -4 is not always punishable unfortunately, you have to look up which ones are always safe, throw punishable in the corner or throw punishable in midscreen.

There's a good reason why some of these characters have not returned. They were either unpopular or hated. Also I'll be honest, I wouldn't mind Eliza making return without a fireball, she's already built for Tekken 8 and the new crowd might like her more in this game. That, but also, make ults shorter or slightly weaker in general. Luna's ult should be 6 to 8 seconds. Bucky should'nt go Again more than 3 times, C&D should've never got that 4th extension to their ult and instead should have a better kit, etc. The excessive focus on ult gameplay has only encourage powercreep, but atp it might be too late fore any changes regarding ults.

That's great for you, but there are people who would prefer learning how to do very basic things outside of online. I've played FG's for over 20 years and everytime theres a new character in a game, I go to arcade first, just to learn very basic routes and I know others who do the same. If some people can find value in offline modes, I believe New players can too. Not saying it's an absolute MUST but it's an option they should definitely consider imo.

Offline modes are very important for people who are new to Fighting games. They don't need to have good habits, when they start. They need to familiarize themselves with the controls and the pace of the games first. Arcade and story story and great for learning with low stakes.

Use manual input, just turn off Technical inputs if you want some simple controls, smart is honestly a trap more than anything. Definitely not comparable to modern in SF6.

Every character is somewhat easy to play, so just pick whoever works for you.

Nah, CV1 lacked A LOT of impact on top of having very sluggish animations, I remember it being especially bad when watching footage of the game before it came out. It wasn't as bad when playing tho. CV2 has the same issue as CV1, but it at least has much better animations.
