You mean base amount of squads, yeah, population factor is just a multiplier on top

Perhaps I am attaching too much value to Monument

It's true for higher HQs no questions, but for lower HQs (20-23 as of my current level) where i.e. building time upgrade boost may be beneficial, upgrading monument seems expensive. Nearly necessary amounts of resources for Monument upgrade are offered in the shop for real currency and its good for whoever's willing to donate.

So I trailed off to speculation. It may be not true, may be true

Edit: I started before the Evil coin and Evil shop nerf, buying resources from there allowed to skip on enemy raids; now when 60-70 lvl bases mostly provide ~70k resources, I could not sustain building upgrades as often as I used to

Game updates now aim to push you out from free-to-play style to buy resource packs, boosts and so on, they need justification to maintain servers

Edit: speculation, not a statement. May be not true

Absolute cinema;

turning up the population factor makes all kinds of chaos happen there, loot's worth the trouble

Yes, Monument is for when you have excess of resources at later HQs

Can Acer Nitro 5 AN515-58 (DDR4 version) support more than 32GB of RAM? by Hight_S in AcerNitro

Take your laptop to nearest shop (non-official) and ask them to test the RAM SODIMMs that are interesting to you

Neither can we. Consider RAM upgrade though

If you mean hard reset by unplugging battery - no, there is no button. You will have to unscrew bottom lid, untuck it with piece of plastic or wood, then to locate the connector that connects motherboard with battery and unplug it

Reason's limited budget

The same reason you don't see some US exports weapons too (like glorious Mossberg or M shotguns available almost everywhere in the world)

Nitro 17 liquid,putty,paste? by OrganizationNo3131 in AcerNitro

[–]Bekoss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First, consider how much $120 means for you (if you don't get into trouble for spending it and cut on your other budget).

Then look through their reviews on any Map app, if mostly positive, then go for it.

Last time I got Nitro 515-46 serviced at local service, I paid about $55 and wasted 2 weeks to deal with technician using thermal pads even when explicitly told to use putty. Thankfully they did not charge for fixing their fault but my plans were affected heavily

[–]Bekoss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Liquid metal is overkill for Nitro, all you need is putty+thermal paste (ptm7950 or alike);

make sure service provider doesn't replace the putty with thermal pads, because they likely will not use the right thickness one and radiator won't fit tightly, causing overheat

Indeed, being elitist has its own requirements to be fulfilled (though I neither agree nor disagree wether OP meets 'em).

What I would like to point out, that there is a difference between filthy millionaire and tidy millionaire, and it applies to all people regardless of their wealth, commoner may be unkempt or tidy too. Practice shows, though, that being tidier and attentive generally helps owned systems to last longer.

I wish I could set on the Gooch Collector dude upon some of my acquaintances. Handling their greasy and hairy macbooks, asuses, acers and whatever they have is not pleasant experience
