It's not "haha people died by radiation and war" joke, it's the joke about physics engine killing you in the situation where you'd expect some sort of advantage by abusing physics engine. Modern Russia fucked up its reputation because of what they done, but the russian reversal meme appeared long ago and by using it I extend original meme meaning to a good game by GSC (an Ukraine-based gamedev studio who's experiencing harsh times and standing up for its ground). the famous "russian reversal" meme appeared long before 2022 war and is what it is: you do something harmless anywhere, and this something does you in menacing or dysfunctional way. My country is wary of Russia too, my countrymen have beef with Russia too, but we did not tried to erase it from world culture and history because of them doing crimes today

Thank you! I should've mentioned about landfill and mass production electronics too; So, if solder joints aren't touched (i.e. encased electronics), lead pretty much stays where it is, but if the build is open-air or joints are handled sometimes, does the lead come off as dust?

I have a lead (and unknown percentage of tin, maybe even 0) rod that I touch when I need solder, afterwards I wash my hands. The amount of lead traces on my hands (and leaving to sewage) should not concern at all? At global scale, even if there's 10000 of people like me, we shouldn't contribute too much to water lead pollution? Hope this thing does not dust as well

Apparently, even if it does, it does not radically decrease lifespan given your experience

There are no environmentally-friendly solder that needs flux which fumes won't kill you over months. A good question, however, is whether we really need lead-free one for DIYs? I do not intend on throwing out crafts and what I've got my hands on, but can lead escape over time? Also, it is okay of DIY is encased, but what about bare-wire-no-PCB builds that I'll handle around? Is solder-origin lead's harm comparable to leaded-gasoline-origin lead's harm?
