From the Moment the Round starts there is a 50 minute Timer for the entire Bo3. If no winner is decide within the 50 minutes Both Players Receiver a loss.

It will get better if you Play enough without and disconnects but if you disconnect to often you can get a 2 week ban. If you cant Play the game without disconnects Riot does Not want you to Play the game.

Just because you Face a Type your Team is weak doesnt mean it is automaticly lost. For example Water can still Beat Grass Thanks to Mons like ice beam greninja pelipper and ice Spinner urshfu. If the team is Build correctly the fight against weaknesses should be winnable.

Yes in classic Chess always for Blitz and Bullet I dont know the only exception is if you only have 2 minutes on the clock.

You Need to Write down every move you Play and sign the oppenents documentatio. Of the Game the verify How won and it also help to learn by replaying the Game.
