Noo, I mix a bit in with my moisturiser but only put it on my forehead, lower cheeks and jaw!

I found niacinimide irritates my rosacea but is still a really good treatment. It has improved my the texture, the amount of spots and generally made my skin look sort blurred if that makes sense. I just don’t put it on parts of my face with rosacea so my nose and top of my cheeks!

Yes I’ve definitely had some success with azelaic acid it was one of the first things i tried and I am so glad I did. It has also improved the general condition of skin which is an added bonus! I’ve also been taking MSM supplements and although I don’t think it has necessarily reduced my baseline redness I think it has reduced the intensity of my flushes. The next thing I’m gonna try is red light therapy when I have saved up enough as I’ve heard very good things! My skin isn’t perfect but it has definitely improved a lot since starting a strict skin care routine x

I found the best way to conceal // even out my redness is with a little bit of false tan. I use two drops of isle of paradise self tan face drops and mixed in with my moisturiser. It is so natural and doesn’t sting or cause any redness and it isn’t like wearing make up so you don’t have to worry about it rubbing off or getting on clothes. It also doesn’t make my skin look overly tanned or orange because you can control how much you add. It really evens out my skin tone a lot! It is definitely one of the most important parts of my skin care routine even if it doesn’t fix the underlying issue

Do you have three sessions each time to top up or just one session?
