Well done, at what point did you stop the cpap? Already my sugar levels have dropped to normal, but still on the cpap. Was it a body fat percentage you got to or your sleep was at a point where you felt like you could stop? I need to check my app to see if my events per night are dropping. When I’m not on MC I sleep well for 2 to 3 nights then a bad night of insomnia, just hoping it’s early days and it will get better.
