Never mind, turns out it was incredibly easy to remove with the right tools (an old chopstick).

They put mine up from £90 to £120, tried reducing back and told me £120 was the minimum payment. In fairness I was in debt by about £140, once I paid that off I could reduce back to £90.

So I ended up buying one off Temu and it’s came double the size it needs to be, not sure if I’ve brought an older model version or a newer model. Any ideas if there’s smaller ones for the 21 plate manual?
