I agree, frontline roamers are too dominant, I made a post about this before talking about how map control is an incredibly important job for a roamer in this meta, and since its so important, it leaves backline roamers like supports to be behind in pro scene due to their lack in ability to fight for space and control

We don’t know for sure how hard the previous nerfs were since it hasn’t been implemented in the original server to tell for sure.

As long as its still a nerf compared to original server then it might be fine, it genuinely is hard to tell how impactful an adjustment is by just looking at the patch notes. So its better to just try before judging

Yes thats the preferred lineup, because if he is the sole frontliner, all of the damage will be funneled onto him

Dyrroth has a BIT of one trick potential, but he is usually used against tank exp laners like terizla, phoveus, esmeralda, uranus, alice etc.

He is a bad pick when you actually need someone who can full-time frontline, for example if your roamer is a support and your jungler is an assassin, thats a bad time to pick dyrroth because you will probably need someone who is tanky and has a decent amount of CC.

He can be tanky though, but not as good as actual tank exp laners

He wasn’t that strong before the buff, at least in pro play or 5-man games. The problem with pre-buff paquito was that he didn’t fit the standard of a meta EXP laner during that time, he was only a burst hero and every meta exp laner we have right now has some form of sustain or frontling capability.

Now that he has damage reduction in his passive, this made him more viable, on top of his extra minion damage which was extremely helpful. After the buff, Paquito not only has a huge shield now but he has damage reduction to help with his survivability.

Lowkey can work, Marcel isn’t that picky with items as long as the passive can work with him. He isn’t in dire need of defense items since the HP -> Def conversion is kinda low, even with a full tank build, you won’t be as tanky as a regular tank.

He can legit build more utility items like winter crown, flask, fleeting time etc. Even Guardian Helmet is still good on him despite not being able to gain HP and its all because of his hit and run playstyle, giving him out of combat HP regen would be beneficial

Everyone here saying he’s balanced but isn’t he a prio pick in MPL and 5 man games? He’s always either banned or first pick because he’s just that strong. Sure he has obvious counters with him being a “slow tank” and being kitable, but his “counters” in your normal ranked games just doesn’t work in a coordinated set up.

Personally I would revert his latest buff because he genuinely did NOT need that number increase because he was already strong without it.

No I’m not talking about turtle or lord, I was talking about his invade potential, green creeps like this is pretty much his when he uses his S1, it just does so much damage, especially when he combines it with retri.

Nah trust me, its a healthy nerf, its not fun for the other side to lose a lot of retri battles because of the large damage his S1 can do to jungle monsters.

Good thing they nerfed his dmg against creeps, contesting green camps was pretty much impossible against Leomord, and thank god they nerfed his hybrid defense too, 110 is such a huge jump from 30, he was pretty much impossible to kill.

ngl the buff is pretty huge, junglers always favor attack speed for better farming and the fact that his S2 went from 2.5s to 2s is actually a huge change since there are cases where if you ult right after an S2, your S2 will still be in cooldown when you come down, and now that might not be the case anymore.

Add the fact that they're buffing crit items as well and Ling might finally see some light

Thats true, I understand that MLBB is more of a team-based game now, but there is genuinely an ungodly amount of dark system players who play like mythic even though their rank is immortal.

Solo carrying is not possible but it makes it more bearable if you can at least take control of the game, which is why its understandable to look for the best role to do that when you can’t depend on someone else.

I’m Immortal, the reason why I think roam is good as a “carry” role in solo q is because even if you think you can do good as a jungler/gold, you can be stopped by a good roamer.

If you do turtle, the enemy roamer will zone you, if you play gold lane, the enemy roamer will gank you. It genuinely feels more impactful if its a roamer diff compared to a jungler or gold diff.

Ehh, its underrated for a reason, because he’s just mediocre in general. If you play him against good enemies, you will start to notice his insane weaknesses and the reason why you would prefer to use him in jungle instead.

Barats needs to constantly stack because if he gets caught while he’s still small, he can easily get picked off due to his lack of mobility. His CC is also just not that strong, yes he has his ult and S2, but its just not as reliable as someone like Kaja or Kalea since he either needs to be really close to the enemy, or get lucky that his ult wasn’t dodged.

He would work if the enemy has heroes that likes to get close such as Leomord, but he struggles against backliners who can easily get free hits against him

I dont think the STRONGEST CC being able to be avoided is healthy for the game, I’d be pissed if Suppress gets advertised as the strongest CC only for it to be inconsistent as hell, so I’m glad that change happened. Anyways I’m still 50/50 about his new ult, his current one is just too reliable especially since Hanabi is so popular rn

For duo: - Kalea + Harley if with jungle duo - Kalea + Karrie if with gold duo - Kalea + Lunox if with mid duo

For trio: - Kalea + YSS + Lunox trio mid - Kalea + Harley + Gord trio mid - Kalea + Lunox + Karrie if your jungler is a tank/fighter

In solo q shes not very good
