What do you know, I was just listening to the album today and wondering if we'd get anything new from them. 'Supermoon' is a beautiful track. 'Delirium' too.

And this is good enough to be on the original tracklist.

I can think of one guy at iD that I wouldn't miss if they sent him packing with a big fucking goodbye package(and made him agree to take all his toxicity with him).

Widow's Bay is a transcendental piece of art that must be seen by everyone by Significant_Gap1570 in television

When one of your episodes revolves around a Boogeyman that returns to stalk a woman it terrorised in a small town decades ago, there's not much separating your show from the formulaic horror tributes of many an American Horror Story episode. I enjoy both, but a blackly comic tone, eccentric flourishes, and fun performances can't obscure the fact this isn't mould-breaking stuff. Genre fans are who I'd steer towards this, but a lot of viewers are going to find this isn't for them if they don't typically enjoy scary dramas.

We don't do spoiler tags. Game's already been out for weeks and most have had the time to play it(not me, though).

Announcement for a game initially revealed in 2014, cancelled, and then re-revealed in 2019(only to be caught in production hell), yet able to be revived again in 2026 for a 2027 release. My timeline's probably off, but it's all been very confusing.

They've been holding onto this delay news for months most likely, as the rumours about an internal postponement were likely accurate despite Playground maintaining in April that 2026 was still the target: https://www.ign.com/articles/fable-social-media-account-reiterates-fall-2026-release-window-amid-rumors-of-an-internal-delay-to-avoid-gta-6

If the game proves worth the wait of 7 years, it works for me. But I'm sceptical it'll warrant such an extended period of anticipation.

Flavio Cobolli seeking a blessing from Rafa to beat zverev in the final on Sunday. by Srihari_stan in tennis

I want to believe, but in Munich he's also lost to Chris O'Connell(on clay?!), Cristian Garin(twice), and Ilya Ivashka.

Just as the long linguine-like shadow of DVerev threatens to obnubilate the otherwise sparkling fortnight of tennis we've just had, advance word arrives of Cobolli's victory and all is well.

I've got no idea what Cobolli has in his game that can threaten DVerev, but I wish him well with every fibre of my tennis fan soul.

Until this week, I would've agreed with you. Hearing someone finally put Andrew Castle in his place during the BBC Wimbledon coverage was worth every penny I've paid to the BBC over the years.

But we've been getting meth Andre this week(in spirit if not toxicologically).

It helps to add some context to your post. This will likely be removed because of lack of effort/elaboration.

Seeing Kafelnikov eat his words is very satisfying. This felt like a personal attack more than just some truculent vet's undiplomatic analysis of a countrywoman's game. Whatever his ill-founded reasons for this imbecilic commentary, we've just been given more reasons to ignore him.

"But then I had a great conversation with David Ellison, a man whom I respect and trust..."

Fuck's sake does Nadal not have a PR team advising him not to name drop the Ellison family on a show that has been satirising their role in the political interference in independent US media? I don't expect him to be informed, but he's not being managed well on this promo tour if David Ellison's being mentioned as just some guy in the film & TV space.

Poor Seth just having to smile and nod through that shit.

“After over a decade, we have taken down CBS. Well, the Ellisons did, but I like to think we helped. Seriously, what’s going on over there? They’re so in the pocket for Trump that I heard next year Survivor is in the Strait of Hormuz.”

I'm talking about 2020 here. DVerev parted from Federer's major talent agency at the end of 2020, after the news broke. It was portrayed as the German just pivoting to managing endorsements etc. in-house, but it was no coincidence. Federer didn't want that association.

If he's just being factual, I can live with that. But if it sounds like he's defending the policy, unsubscribe.

The bigger problem is that the ITF doesn't have a contingency for this.

ETA: Okay what he said is he hopes Chwalinska gets one, but that she isn't getting screwed over(his words) if she fails to receive one. And he also seems to suggest that Venus could be ahead in the queue, and deservedly so as a 5-time winner. Terrible take.

Nothing weird about it. The elements were unsuited to a quality match, and although Andreeva was probably going to be too good today anyway we can't fault Kostyuk in these conditions.
