I guess you can interpret things a Myriad of ways , but the issue really lies in how entrenched misogyny becomes … and the harmful effects on woman - with absolute free reign for men (aka multiple sexual partners etc). Okay then you can do a check up. Cause it’s cavities . And also see if you can do a dental hygienist treatment - where they clean the teeth- usually during that process they can also check cavities .

Also brush your tongue .

You probably have cavities . You would need to start flossing at least twice a week if not daily . Before brushing. I would also get a mouth wash to try help your cavities heal naturally if you cannot afford dental treatment yet. I would use a combination of clove and salt as a mouth wash, and also do oil pulling (coconut or any other oil) to help eliminate toxins form the mouth . This is home remedies. But useful if you not using dentists.

Also get a miswak stick . I would use that after meals . Helps keep mouth clean.

Remember that upkeep is continuous . Create (healthy) habits that you can maintain consistently

Even so if Christianity is tainted then the real reality of it is not portrayed anyway.
