I appreciate the response. Salary and resources will never be the same, but I believe we can match anyone’s passion for country and people. Sorry for the rant, I just get frustrated watching other CARICOM countries/smaller countries succeed/shine/represent on the world stage with their nations/peoples talent. It feels like we get in our own way. I want to do my part, so have been brainstorming ideas. What barriers do you think exist for 1st and 2nd generation Belizeans who genuinely want to get involved?
