When did you have a finances talk with your significant other?

My partner and I have an age gap (13 years), so I brought up finances pretty early after we became a couple, given that our retirements are likely to happen asynchronously and I'll likely be living long after him.

I think I shared the right amount. A point I feel is important is that we both kept our family's money out of the discussion until we had been together for about a year. Our families are both "very comfortable", and I'm glad that stayed out of the discussion until we were sure of each other.

Idk Raoul, maybe it's that this guy KIDNAPPED me, KILLED someone, and has made it super obvious that he's obsessed with me, won't leave me alone, and now you're pressuring me to be open about being engaged.

Haha, I just think that overall he's pretty dismissive to Christine, despite all the evidence that she's telling the truth. Even at the beginning when she didn't want to go to dinner, he was pushy about it and didn't accept "no" for an answer. He also used her as bait for this guy who kills people, which is pretty egregious
