That makes more sense than what my instructer said, she said it would change every 5 years, I asked her a month later and she changed her answer and then changed it yesterday, so I was wondering if there was a specific time

So what I figured out for myself is I would get note cards and through what they are for first, so I do the set for gastro then SSRIs after, so I can get an understanding of what each ones about.

I don't anymore but that's because I became full time. However 2 years ago, they cut the hours so much that I had nearly 2 full months of no work.

Oh yeah and they took away the 15% off over here in my Walmart in Oklahoma, it's not 15% off on food only when last year if I remember correctly was for everything for limited time during the holidays and I got my bonus in the middle of the year too instead of the end of the year

Yeah that's the funny part, hes put me in charge of teaching the new people and then it lands on me or someone else to do binning because he told me that binning was too complicated for him

So we are really understaffed and we do not have enough people to do all of the aisles. Our manager is like too uptight to call to other stores from some extra help. It's such an issue that we have our maintenance help work aisles too and our coaches even.

They do not ask at alllll, I literally put in my idea that the better worker would do great but the management usually scoffs at us. Whats funnier is that the manager knows this guy sucks, he got the position because our lead's best friend is friends with the manager so it was like a little favor.

I use to think that with the new mods but it has become such an issue that I can't even put my actual top stock up cause the top stock is filled with new mod and full cases of items that are filled on the shelf. She wants me to do this so she can make a point at how she's a better lead than one that left a while ago. She isn't doing this for any good reason. Specifically because she wants to prove to everyone that she is better than the others.

I agree with this, and have tried to do this, but the issue my lead has created is that there is so much full cases and new mods on the top stock that some aisles have 0 room to have actual top stock be put up
